At Legacybox, we stand behind the quality of our digitization services and electronic storage solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused kits and a quality guarantee on all digital transfers.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your digitization kit or hardware.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unused Legacybox kit or electronic media in its original packaging, ensuring the provided return shipping label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Drop Off for Shipping

  Take your prepared package to any authorized shipping carrier location to be sent back to our processing facility for inspection and verification.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
